Shipping Time & Methods

Usually, we will do our best to process your order and the processing time is generally 1-2 working days. Orders after 5pm will be processed on the next working day. (Orders are only shipped on working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, which does not include federal holidays in the United States.) Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you have registered on our shop, you can also see the shipping information in your account. (Please note that due to Covid-19, the estimated delivery time may be delayed.)

We will take every customer's order seriously, whether we are processing the order or packaging, before each order is shipped, we will conduct multiple confirmations, so please be patient and wait for your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

In the event that a package delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the following terms apply:

  1. Customer Responsibility:

    • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order is accurate and complete. We will not be liable for any delivery failures or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
  2. Additional Shipping Costs:

    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery. This includes the cost of returning the package to our facility and the cost of re-shipping the package to the correct address.
  3. Return and Processing Fees:

    • Any fees associated with the return and processing of the package due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer. This may include handling fees and any fees charged by the courier.
  4. Loss or Damage:

    • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package that occurs during the return process due to an incorrect address. The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage in such cases.
  5. Customer Notification:

    • In the event of a delivery failure due to an incorrect address, we will notify the customer as soon as possible to confirm the correct address and arrange for re-delivery. The customer must provide the correct address and agree to any additional charges before re-delivery is arranged.
  6. Policy Transparency:

    • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding incorrect shipping addresses. We recommend customers double-check their shipping information before finalizing their order to avoid any inconvenience.

Generally, most of our packages will be sent via EMS, USPS, CNE.

Orders for Expedited Shipping Method will be sent via UPS, DHL, FEDEX.

Foreign Transaction Fees

Our shop mainly provides one currency: U.S. dollar (USD). Therefore, if your currency is not these three currencies, you may be charged at an exchange rate different from the quoted on our website. You may also need to pay foreign currency transaction fees. What we want to inform you is that these fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any fees that your bank or card company may charge you. For more detailed information about foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

About Returns & Exchanges

We support return/exchange service within 5 days.

Shipping Fee Policy Update

We have noticed that some customers choose free standard shipping for their orders. To ensure our customers receive their packages as quickly as possible, we may upgrade the shipping method to expedited shipping at no additional cost. Customers can check their tracking number after shipment to see if their order has been upgraded. If upgraded, the package will be shipped via one of our expedited carriers: UPS, DHL, or FedEx, which offer faster delivery times. This upgrade is part of our commitment to enhancing the shopping experience.

Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to notify each customer individually. However, please note that if an order with upgraded expedited shipping is returned for a refund, a deduction will be made from the refund amount to cover the expedited shipping cost. The deduction amount varies based on the package weight, typically ranging from $30 to $60. If the order is not returned, customers will not be charged for the upgrade.
