📢 Important Notice: U.S. to Impose Tariffs on Packages from China Starting May 2, 2025

(This notice is intended for our U.S. customers only. Customers in other countries may disregard it.)

Dear LolitaInside U.S. Customers,

We would like to inform you of an important change in U.S. customs policy that will affect all shipments from China (including Hong Kong) starting May 2, 2025.

According to a new executive order from the White House, the previous duty-free exemption for packages valued under $800 will no longer apply to eligible packages originating from China. This change will impact all international postal shipments to the U.S., regardless of the shipping method used.

New Tariff Structure:

One of the following tariffs will apply to each package:

Ad Valorem Tariff: 90% of the total package value (effective May 2, 2025)
OR

Flat Rate Tariffs:

• From May 2 to May 31, 2025: $75 per package
• Starting June 1, 2025: $150 per package

We kindly ask our U.S. customers to keep this in mind when placing orders in the coming weeks.

To help minimize the impact of these changes, LolitaInside will implement the following support measures:

Split Shipping Option:

If your current order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items with a longer lead time, we will prioritize shipping in-stock products before April 23 to our U.S. customers. The remaining pre-order items will be shipped after the new tariff policies take effect, helping to reduce potential customs costs.
(Note: If the imposed tariffs exceed the value of the package, we will contact you before shipping. We will only proceed with the shipment if you agree to cover the additional charges.)

At this time, it is unclear whether this policy will be revised or adjusted in the near future. However, we are closely monitoring the situation and will inform you immediately of any updates or changes.
