My child ordered this dress for prom and we were eagerly awaiting its delivery, when informed that it couldn’t be delivered due to an incorrect address. We’ve lived in this house for 21 years and have never before been told that our address was undeliverable. When I complained, I got a fairly prompt response and an offer of a free petticoat if I reordered with expedited shipping. In the long run, we got the dress, and it’s lovely. But the experience of waiting for a delivery and having them return it to the shipper for such a ridiculous reason left a bad taste in my mouth. I do feel that the company tried to rectify the situation, and it all ended well, though.
